We have been renting at Asbury Plaza since 2020. They have a great rooftop lounge and a dog park. The rent is a great price for this area. We have not had any issues here. The apartment manager Danny has been wonderful, polite and professional. The staff is very responsive to issues that need to be resolved.

I have lived in a few different places in Colorado, and I have never had such a positive experience interacting with a leasing office. Danny is friendly and very hard working. He has quickly and efficiently followed through on every request I've made of him. Greg in maintenance helped me with several things to make my apartment more comfortable, and he let me schedule his visit, which I appreciate as a pet owner. The building has secure exterior doors and a security patrol which makes me feel safe. I am very excited to be a resident in such a warm, well-managed apartment complex.

I have been a " tenant/ resident" of Asbury Plaza Apartments here in SE Denver, Colorado since my relocation to the state in 2016. Here lately (circa 2022) the property management, office management and maintenance team has shown remarkable improvement to the daily goings on towards the property itself and their response to any issues I've had (which haven't been that many in six years to mention here). I hope that WE can continue to keep up the good efforts around here towards a good place to live.☺️

I have not moved in (yet), however the property manager has been extremely communicative throughout the application/approval process. He’s kept me updated, thoroughly explained my options when it comes to unit size/layout/amenities, and has been so kind even though I call at least once a day to check the status of the unit and our application. This has set a wonderful tone for the upcoming year and I feel as though my lease at Asbury Plaza will be a pleasant one. I look forward to being a part of the community!

This will be my second time living at Asbury Plaza Apartments! They have updated their apartments and they look lovely. The staff there is incredibly kind and attentive. My son and I were seeking an apartment following his dads death and I had an issue with past credit that I couldn’t figure out on my own. As a single mom working very hard, I did everything I could to prove myself and my work. Danny at the main office spent nearly two months helping me figure out everything I needed to do to get my little boy and I a two bedroom. Danny was pleasant with me and personable (and patient!) throughout every call and arrangement to finally get us approved. He is knowledgeable and works hard at his job to make sure Asbury’s tenants get what they need. I always got a call back if they weren’t able to pick up right away, I always got full answers in a timely manner, and the whole time I was treated like an individual rather than just a lessor. Asbury’s apartment manager and the Corporate office are equally attentive and thoughtful! I thank the whole team so very much for their hard work for my son and I to get approved. Although Asbury does not have a pool, their upgrades are notable and their prices are unmatched. They are central to a myriad of important things and not far at all from downtown Denver and places like Red Rocks Amphitheater. I look forward to my lease there with my son and his new life in Colorado! Thank you Asbury and team! ~Cat

I walked in to tour the property but there were no empty apartments to see. Even though I couldn't see an apartment. The leasing agent Danny was more than happy to show me the property and all it had to offer. He was polite and knowledgeable and was very detailed in his presentation and description. The property was very nice and the convenience of I25 was my biggest factor for visiting Asbury Plaza. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.

Great apartment at a great price! Honestly I love living here. Management is very responsive and my maintenance requests are fixed within 24 hrs usually. I did spot two roaches, but I notified management and they had an exterminator come out ASAP. They also had the exterminator inspect all the apartments on my floor. They must have found the apartment that was the problem because I have not seen one since. The management is actively improving the common areas by installing a new front door and repaving the parking lot.

Asbury plaza location is close to many south Denver food gems and is within a few miles biking to Cherry Creek/ Glendale shopping area. The Property manager and staff are kind, and the property is kept clean. The surrounding neighborhood is also friendly with A dog park nearby. The two bedrooms are affordable & recently updated. The main con here is that the apartments are older, so there has been some maintenance issues. However, there is 24 hour maintenance and their responsive.

Asbury Plaza is my first apartment. Initially during the leasing process, there was some miscommunication, HOWEVER, Rosa has been candid and honest which makes all the difference. As the new leasing agent, I am very proud of Rosa’s initiative to get the place back in order from the last agent. When I first moved in, there were roaches. After NEVER having roaches in my entire life and explaining the health concerns it posed, Rosa was VERY vigilant in getting the extermination and getting things right. With Rosa, if you have an issue and you’re just as vigilant, she does what she can in her reasonable power to make sure things are right. I’ve watched too much Judge Judy all my life to be an ignorant tenant; this makes all the difference when requesting/negotiating with a leasing agent. Rosa is VERY knowledgeable about leasing and conducting business. When it came to the pests, she acknowledged her own gaps in understanding and ACTIVELY sought to deal with the issue comprehensively. As a tenant, I am doing what’s in my power to not attract them (boric acid, home defense, being cleanly in general) ,and Rosa has been making it so all those efforts don’t go to waste. Asbury is not perfect because nothing is, but because of the management, it makes a strong statement in how issues are managed and THATS what makes the difference and THATS what makes Asbury a 4/5. Rosa is working her butt off to get this place in order. She may need more staff and patience from other tenants, but she is good on her word as far as I’m concerned.

I'm a very new tenant, only a week+. So far, everything is just fine with me. After touring a number of apartment developments, and being lied to by all of them, it was such a pleasure with Rosa. I like the retro look of the buildings, and my 1 Bed apartment is just the right size for me, and I appreciate the generous storage areas. I like this neighborhood, moved here from Englewood. All of the neighbors I've met here have been friendly, considerate, welcoming and no crazy folks so far. Can't say enough nice about Rosa, she is very friendly, competent, and seems to work very hard. Kudos for hiring her.
